The triptych is a 3-panel frame where each panel is independent, but hinged together they created a united message. The independent panels for the Education Triptych are Teaching 4 Learning principles or Building Blocks in the center, with Leadership and Communication principles on each side. When the three independent, yet hinged, panels are united into the educations’ daily practice, they have a framework for building a soaring school community.  The Education Triptych is the system for making any positive academic transformation within a school community.

Dr. Larry Biddle

In 1984 Dr. Biddle and his team of stakeholders were asked to transform their school academics from lackluster to "WOW" within two years, and that's what they did. Shortly thereafter, Biddle was asked if he could help teach these ideas to the rest of America's schools. This empowering movement has impacted over 20,000 school communities at all levels. For over four decades, Dr. Biddle has continued to develop and grow schools by focusing on his 10 PrinXibles and Essential Building Blocks.

Denise Forrest, Ph.D.

For over 30 years, as a parent, grandmother, educator, and researcher, Denise has passionately pursued to understand the characteristics of effective adult-youth interactions. Through the research she has conducted, as well as gathered stories along this journey, she's heard many adults talk about how time and circumstances are what decides a person’s life story. Yet, the truth is, a life story is merely an accumulation of the daily interactions experienced with others, and with ourselves.
